Our boats are trailer-able, allowing us to conveniently serve clients in Port St. Joe, Apalachicola, St. George Island, Eastpoint, and Carrabelle.

Inshore trips are tailored to enthusiasts who relish sight fishing in the unspoiled waters surrounding the cape, St. George Island, and Dog Island.

The Vessels

In order to cater to various party sizes and preferences, our fleet consists of three specialized boats:

• Inshore Sight Fishing Ride: Our 17’ Mako Pro Skiff has been extensively modified to excel in inshore sight fishing excursions. This vessel is ideal for 1-2 anglers and is optimized for maneuverability and accessibility in shallow waters, ensuring an immersive fishing experience.

• Custom Built Bay Boat – Ms Toast: Our custom-built 22’ Gravois/Metal shark bay boat is designed to accommodate groups of up to 4 guests. This vessel offers a perfect balance of stability and agility, making it suitable for navigating both inshore and nearshore environments while providing ample space and comfort for anglers and observers alike.

• Offshore and Cruising Vessel – Miss Daisy: Our flagship vessel, the 36’ Everglades 350cc named Miss Daisy, is equipped with triple 350 Suzuki engines for exceptional power and speed. Boasting state-of-the-art electronics, stereo system, and an Optimus joystick positioning and maneuvering control system, she ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience. Whether embarking on offshore fishing expeditions or leisurely sunset cruises and dolphin tours, Miss Daisy offers unparalleled comfort, safety, and efficiency, allowing guests to maximize their time on the water while enjoying luxurious amenities.

Trips and Rates

Trips on 22′ Bay Boat (Ms Toast)

• 4-hour bay fishing: $550 for 2 anglers, $600 for 3 anglers, $650 for 4 anglers
• 8-hour bay fishing: $850 (can accommodate up to 4 passengers)
• 4-hour dolphin tour/secluded beach trip: $400 (can accommodate up to 4 passengers)
• 8-hour dolphin tour/secluded beach trip: $700 (can accommodate up to 4 passengers)

Trips Aboard 36′ Everglades (Miss Daisy)

• 2-hour sunset/cocktail cruise: $350 (BYOB)
• 4-hour dolphin tour/secluded beach trip: $800 (can accommodate up to 8 passengers)
• 6-hour (Half Day) nearshore and offshore: $2,000 for 2-4 anglers, $2,200 for 5-6 anglers
• 10-hour (Full Day) offshore trips: $2,800 (accommodating up to 6 anglers). Price remains consistent regardless of the number of anglers
